Awake, My Heart [Alf:00-32217]

This marvelous anthem won the American Guild of Organists prize in 1958. It was and has continued to be a stalwart anthem of the church. For its 50th anniversary, Sheldon Curry crafted this new edition and premi¨re arranger Ed Hogan added optional brass quintet and tympani. It includes voicing alternatives to address the needs of both larger and smaller choirs. The effect for morning, evening worship and any festive worship day is as thrilling as ever.
