Carey is an amazing young composer who has already compiled an impressive resum of awards, commissions, and orchestral performances as only a sophomore at Harvard College! At the age of 15, Carey had her violin and piano work Pas de deux published by Theodore Presser Company, leading to a growing catalog of her works available for rental or sale. The March of the Broken Toys was commissioned for a benefit concert with the Charness Family Quintet and the Newton Symphony.
