Weston's new Communion anthem for two-part mixed voices is another excellent example of the composer's profound ability to write for smaller ensembles. The vocal lines are easily singable with only an octave range, using a lot of stepwise motion. This anthem will come together with a minimum of rehearsal time, yet will make a strong impact on the congregation.
