Each and Every Day [Alf:00-18000]

Each and Every Day is an anthem of general praise that may be performed throughout the church year. It should be performed with great energy, but not too heavily. Many of the unison passages may be performed by a soloist in call and response with the choir (e.g., mm. 26-37). Suggested corresponding lectionary readings include Exodus 20: 1-20, Psalm 19, Matthew 18: 21-35 and Romans 14: 5-12. One basic homiletical theme is filling our days with unending praise to our Lord and King.
