Edmund Jurkowski was the founder of the Silesian Autumn Guitar Festival in Tychy, Poland. The present tremolo study was written in honor of the famous guitar festival in Esztergom, Hungary, and its founder, the late L?? 1/2 szl?? 1/2 Szendrey-Karper.
