Firestarters 1 is a collection of 14 miniatures for solo piano by composers from Australia and New Zealand, suitable for performers from Grade V to Grade VIII ability. Each piece has been annotated with fingering and suggestions for performance and interpretation, and individually or grouped together, all are ideal for student recital or professional performance.The volume is accompanied by a CD recording of the works performed by New Zealand pianist Emma Sayers.
