This clever new jazz original by Willie Thomas is correlated to his Jazz Anyone.....? method for jazz improvisation. It has a street beat boogie flavor reminiscent of the celebratory music played after a New Orleans funeral. A really nice head is followed by a solo section that can be opened up as desired.
