Jugendlieder Vol. 3 [CF:UE036611]

Universal Edition published two volumes of Berg's Jugendlieder in the 1980s, which testified beautifully to the composer's advancement in his craft over the period from 1901 through 1908. Today, 30 years later, they present a third volume, to capture all of the previously unpublished songs (completed or not), "all shot through with flashes of genius," says editor Christopher Hailey.
