Jugglers [Alf:36-10250150]

John O'Neill juggles the melody between all of the instruments in this light and delightful new work. While it is a wonderful vehicle for teaching the 'bounce bow' technique, it also has a beautiful, legato countermelody that makes this work a delight on any program. Ritardandos in the music indicate the juggler's objects getting higher each time, but they give the director a wonderful opportunity to reinforce the importance of watching the baton.
