Notturno [Alf:98-EP14624]

Notturno by Richard Dĵnser is a 6-minute work for double bass and piano. The dark moods and colours of the piece, very freely evoking musical landscapes, characterise this composition. It shows an imaginary world, a refuge that gives space and inspiration for visions of sound and form.

Double bass player Benno Dĵnser premiered Notturno in March 2022 at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.
