Johann Sebastian Bach's music has always entailed rearrangements as each and every solo player or ensemble wants to perform these extraordinary pieces. The Orchestra suite presented here really calls to be rearranged for a flute ensemble: the four string parts are monophonic, linear and melodic and thus meet the flute's register.
