Pearls of the Orient is a sequence of 12 miniatures on tales from the "One Thousand and One Nights." The Blind Beggar, Praise be to the Almighty, The Sultan, The Emeralds, The Vizier are some images continually present in this work. The complete work has a duration of about 25 minutes and composed in May 2009. The styles are according to necessity sometimes melodic, sometimes expressionist.
