Using a Latin text familiar to all cultures, this piece is a fusion of Western and Eastern musical traditions. The vocal parts represent the West, and the instrumental accompaniment represents the East. The percussion parts are found at the back of the octavo and an easy to read pronunciation guide is included along with a poetic translation.
