Sparklers [Alf:00-PAM0301]

Written as a commissioned work for the prestigious Goshen College Piano Workshop, this exciting and dynamic ensemble piece for one piano, four hands creates a multi-media fireworks experience as brilliant scale passages conjure up images of bursts of color spreading across the sky accented with quick flashes of light and plenty of "sparkle." For audiences and performers it is Fourth of July and New Year's Eve rolled into one dramatic performance experience.
