Spectral Landscapes is a work for concert band that captures the grandeur, beauty, and energy of the American northwest with its mountains, rivers, and coast. The piece unfolds in two large sections, first slow, then fast. A bold fanfare gesture leads to a stunning lyrical theme before giving way to an aggressive uptempo section.
