Sprite Mischief [Alf:00-42843]

Varied articulations, dynamics, and contrasting moods are found throughout this early intermediate solo in C minor. Beginning slowly and mysteriously, it soon becomes clear that a sprite is creating all the mischief. Fun and spirited, the many accidentals and changes in clefs provide excellent reinforcement in note reading and moving around the keyboard. Students will enjoy the sophisticated sounds and find that this piece is suitable for performance any time of the year.
