Klavier für 10-20 (for solo piano) - " .. what is meant are fingers - the fingers of students age seven and up. Teaching the piano in groups has become a common form of instruction in the 21st century. Keyboard classes have thus created a need for four-hand music right from the elementary level. This music must be easy to learn, sound good, and also motivate pupils while they are practicing. The printed score should be clear and easy to interpret. The present edition was therefore compiled in collaboration with my highly-esteemed colleague Johannes, Sauer, who not only did the art-work but also provided valuable advice on preparing the edition." Notes on use: - The music can be played on two pianos in the middle range. - It can also be played on one instrument; in this case the pupils must choose their playing position themselves. - The primo and secondo parts can be switched. Willingness to experiment is called for. - Each piece also sounds complete as a solo.
