Saltarello Op.27 & Pizzica-Pizzica Op.37.
Lorenzo, Leonardo de.

Flute & Piano.
For: Fl-Pf.

As of 1909, the Italian flute player Leonardo de Lorenzo (1875-1962) mainly lived in the United States playing solo flute in the New York Symphonic Orchestra among others. Furthermore, he worked as a flute teacher, composer and author. Apart from his job in an orchestra, he also created a lot of ingenious compositions and didactic works on the flute. After Lorenzo failed to gain attention for quite some time, he has recently been rediscovered - a fact which Zimmermann music publishers honor with newly edited archive material. This edition is a revised version of the original edition. As Lorenzo's works are quite virtuoso, they require advanced flutists.
